Vuelta16 st19 calpThe first of the two final stages that could decide the top ten of this Vuelta - a 37km time trial. It's almost flat, so it should disadvantage most of the climbers equally, but some will definitely enjoy this stage more than others.

Vuelta16 st17 profileFollowing the second rest day, we have a 177.5-kilometre stage with another high-altitude finish to the Mas de la Costa, in Llucena. It's short at just 4km long, with an average gradient of 13% but with slopes of up to 22% it may cause problems for some.

baionaStage 2 is only 300m shorter than stage 2 of last year's race, nothing too difficult to break them in to the road stages. There is a Cat 3 bump around the half way point in the stage but it should end in a sprint finish.
