I have been a cycling fan for over 35 years now, ever since the days that the legendary Sean Kelly and Stephen Roche ruled the cycling world, I once even raced against King Kelly whilst a junior in a 'Hamper Race' in Cork in 1992. That's Séan in front in the Festina kit, that's me on the right in the red and white stripes. 

I have worked for a number of betting firms including Betfair and Sporting Index and also spent two years as the head of marketing at the Racing Post.. so I know a thing or two about betting and writing about it..

This blog was intended to be a fun, information site and any recommendations on here are my own personal opinions. Please gamble responsibly and feedback is always welcome..
